Since you do not have a signal reading, you are not communicating with you LNB. Some suggestions: Check cabling, be sure connectors are tight and making good contact. Once you get an excellent signal, tighten the dish down, the, adjust you elevation, probably down. That should bring the dish back on track.

Probably a glitch in the software you are trying to load. Format you memory stick. Download a new copy of the software, and then, reload it to your memory stick. everything should be OK then.

those are DVB-S2 channels. If your receiver can decode them you should get the channels, they are all open.
