Yeah a 2 year commit isn't in the cards for me right now also it seems like most services are going to apps any ways and letting the TV or streaming hardware do the work.

I have deleted all my cookies for Chrome and still had the issue where i can't login. The work around/fix for me is to check the stay logged in box when logging in.

Hopper 3 owner here, past few months I have timers that fail to record shows, I have to delete my timers and create new to fix this. I hope Dish fixes this soon, I agree with OP it's frustrating.

So today I noticed my WD 2tb mybook was no longer showing but my 1 TB older mybook was. I unplugged the drive from the usb 3.0 port and tried again no luck. Rebooted the Hopper (power unpluged for 1 minute) still no luck. I then tried my older mybook in the usb 3.0 port and it worked fine, so...

Just had it done, I went from HWs2, 2 regular joeys and 1 super Joey now have HWS3 and 3 joey2. Dish took care of all that and did all the wiring changes also.

So you both prefer the Narrow settings to Wide? Also I notice when changing channels quickly (set to hide redundant SD channels) the system seems to get a little odd, like it sees the SD channel then hides it. Is this normal?

Not sure if this helps but anytime I reboot the super Joey and first turn it on afterwards it says check test tuner 1 and tuner 2. They pass. Again this is on the super Joey. Check switch still not working for tuner 4 and 5 on hopper.

This was done just a little over a year ago and Dish sent out an installer to do it.
