I have an unlocked ATT Galaxy S5 that I have been using for about 2 years on Tmobile. I just got a noticed that ATT had a software update for the phone. If I download and install the update will my phone become locked to ATT again?

2k is a little more then I was looking to spend. I dont know why this didnt post in the last post but the model I found in another BJs was the LG 65UF6450 It doesn't look like it has the HDR. I was trying to keep it under 1200, can go up to around 1,500.

I am using IE. I know everyone tells me to use chrome or firefox, I personally don't like either of them. The videos were working fine in IE until about a week or so ago.

For the past week or so I have noticed that when ever I try to watch anything off of youtube it will only play in the lowest resolution. It doesn't matter if I am connected to my home network or work network with my laptop. I keep getting an error message. I currently am running windows 8.

The 30mins was how long the starting windows screen is on when i try to go into windows normally. It says starting windows with the logo then after approx 30 mins I get that error message in the 1st post. well i can get the files off of it when in safe mode. If im in safe mode it never resets...

Yes it is working fine in safe mode, no restarts or issues starting windows. It is only when I try to do a normal windows login I get that error message after about 30mins of the starting windows screen.
