    That's true. From what I've read the PQ is bad. I would blame that on the porting process as the disk it self would not cause the bad PQ. They were just rush to market before they were polished. It's just bad presentation.

    You also have to remember that is takes time to film NEW content and edit for the public. It just doesn't happen overnight. Bam we ahve a years worth of new HD content. It just isn't going to happen. Watch any new channel, HD or SD for the first year or 2 and you'll see the samething.

    I would have to disagree. I don't have the Voom channels yet on Dish but Discovery HD is definitely not as crisp as it was on Voom. When I get my second Dish installed I'll update about the Voom 10.

    Are they planning on moving the Voom programming on to one sat? Because having two dishes on your roof is real ugly IMO. Also how many people are really going to get a second dish put up for the Voom HD channels when most havn't even heard of those channels.

    I read the same thing and I think it was on the Voom website. It said something that Lockheed Martin had a contract to build new sats for Voom. I'm not sure when they were suppose to start building them.

    Just got a call from Voom in which I was told Voom won't end at the end of the month.

    Maybe Charles will purchase the Voom programming and customer base and start a new DBS ala Voom part 2. I guess he could use AMG 6 Rainbow 2. Or maybe I'm way off base or it could be all this up and down that my brain has been badly bruised.
