    All the Moteck /Strong and other named V-boxes I have seen , were provided with 2 secundairy voltages , for 12 v and 36 v Sometimes there is a temperature fuse under the isolation , maybe switched off .

    With a optical sensor , the making of a pulswheel is far more easier (I think) This one was made for a AHM36 H2H rotor to let it work for Usals .

    since that light colored bearing securing device is not secured by the bolt , holding the motor to the pipe , it might be possible to push the thinner pipe out by stamping it vertical on a solid wooden block

    There are indead some SG2100 types with just fixed mechanic end stops . The STAB uses reedswitches activated by magnets in the half wormwheel

    I think its a ten turn pot , attaching the pulswheel direct to the threaded shaft will bring more pulses / inch actuator movement .

    Since searching for a HN9200 ka lnb did'nt help , I post the request again . To make a more universal lnb ( H/V - RHC/LHC ) by rotating that HN9200 its more suitable than the Direct SL3K lnb that I already have .

    The use of that 80:1 ratio of the new gearbox causes the half arc with a V-box . What kind of pulser is under the hood of the original motor ? Any pictures ?

    Can you show us a picture from the front and backside ? Its a strange positioner , I dont see relais for E / W , probably the 2 transistors do the job . The two red wires from the connector at the circuitboard are both connected to contact 1 at the backside and at contact 2 is a wire straight...

    You can drill a 4 mm hole in the part you're holding and use a longer shaft . I dont know about the postal costs from the Netherlands but I can send you that part ( the part will be for free) It will fit in a envelope

    In the SMR 1224 is no electronic circuit , just a reed switch and two end switches each bridged by a diode just like the inside of a actuator .

    I think the + 12 v connector is for the use of a 12 V switch , use to set on or of in the setup menu . Better start with the +6 V for the optical sensor .
