    I have found clearing the ram speeds it back up. You can clear it by going to channel 1 wait for 20 seconds then hit red, red, blue, yellow, green. It helps when my hr22 slows down.

    Not always true. Certain offers required you to be on premier or choice ultimate. I have had many many callers call back due to this. Also certain rebates you need to be on certain plans usually choice extra but again always price without your rebates so after they drop off your not freaked out...

    I don't think installers get paid as well as I did 10 years ago. Back then I was earning 1k a week easy. Of course I was never home. From what most techs tell me they are making about 300 a week now.

    If you are still in your first 90 days you can call and get the wireless cck sent at no cost. If the rep tell you other wise ask for a sup. I work in customer care and know for a fact that we have a offer for new customers in the first 90 days to get that sent.

    I hate to correct you ice but If its a hr24 you do not use BBC only if its a hr23 or H25 or Hr34. Go to channel 9506 and if it says correct HD setup you have the correct dish.

    if the reciver has HD you are required to have HD unless you are in an area that has locals on mpeg4 market then you can have hd box with out the hd charge. and as for the receiver you can buy those from dtv with no contract and you would own them. However they aint cheap. :)

    How did Dtv "hose you" into another contract? When you add a reciver or get a replacement you sepak with not just the one rep but 2 reps that tell you about a contract. Did they hold a gun to your head? Come on now..

    No you can only be logged into one device at a time. But With the new PS3 option im hoping that it will not count as a device and i can use the PS3 and my tablet but that is to be seen.
