The Weather Channel app. (Ch. 213) is gone from my lineup. It happened sometime this afternoon because I checked it this morning with no problem. Does anyone else have this problem?

Yesterday the app wouldn't open, giving me a message that there was a problem and to try later. Today when I enter 2-1-3 it jumps to channel 214. When I checked the program guide 213 is no longer there. I have a 211k with AT120 programming. I hope we're not losing this feature.

I think when I used the "check switch" routine to refresh the program guide I was experiencing signal fade from some rain in the area. So the receiver was able to lock onto only the 61.5 satellite. Then I saved that setting (bad move); after that it didn't matter how many times I did a check...

My 211k w/EHD on EA has the same problem; it started Wednesday. I tried all the usual fixes but no change. All the DVR functions are available. It seems the system doesn't recognize that I have an EHD for the purpose of giving 8 or 9 days of EPG listings so I get only 2 days. Baltzer

Yeah, I know what you mean. Each time I try the app it ties up my receiver for about 10-15 minutes until it recovers. Baltzer

Few hours ago I turned on TV and noticed the EPG was showing less then 2 days of listings. I have a 211k with a WD 1.5 EHD connected so I normally have 8 or 9 days of listings. I tried a "check switch" several times, then disconnected receiver from power for reset, also tried disconnecting EHD...

Did we actually get more music channels or did those mentioned replace channels that we previously had? I found that one channel I had in a music favorites list was replaced by another channel. Baltzer

Could some members check on music channels 933, (50s and 60s Hits), and 954, (Songbook) to see if you get the message "Music artist/title info not available" ? This has been happening for me for a few weeks. I believe it may be happening for some other music channels but definitely on the two...

Maybe the problem depends on which receiver you have. I have a 211k and no Weather Ap.
