The logos for all channels disappear and reappear at random. They go away for like a day or so and but they come back eventually. My Hopper had the "Hard Drive Failure" message 760. It said all recordings have been lost and it needs to be reformatted. My daughter pressed OK and it seems it is working fine as a DVR. I did not have an external HD attached to the Hopper, is there anyway I can recover the lost recordings? A...

Any hope Dish takes NBC Sports to any of the Latino packages? I am currently on Latino Max. I made the move a couple of years ago to enjoy more soccer at a lower price.

Thank you. This is why it is weird, it keeps changing from one state to another in a manner I have never seen in my 13 years with DISH.

Well, FSC 390 HD is now showing in "red"in the guide BUT I can watch live content no problem but I cannot record or play recorded programming. Very weird!

I cannot see this channel even on "All Channels". I see 9520 FSC but it is showing in red as unsubscribed.

I agree, this is VERY annoying. I have Latino Max as well and record all EPL games on FSC. Now, I am trying to play the "recorded" games on my DVR and it says "This is a subscription channel......" I do have 390 showing up on "My Channels" this is very weird. Any idea?

I have Latino Max too but yesterday I was receiving 408 in HD before the switch to 392. Dish website now says, I should get 392 and 873 (the additional BeIN, not the Spanish one). I sent a message to Mary from DIRT.

The new 392 BeIN is not showing in HD here, anyone is experiencing the same?

+1 In fact, the DVR is less responsive overall now. For the first time ever, playback was frozen and the only solution was resetting.

Well, it is now showing the Coppa Italia in English. The sad thing is that the guide is wrong; even their website is not matching what is being shown.

Dish website, on the Perks--> New Channels, http://www.mydish.com/perks/new-channels/, refers to a package called "Latino Sports" that Universal Sports 402 is part of. I have Latino Max and I have never heard of such a package. I also do not believe they mean it is part of the Latino packages...

I see 871 in HD now. I have Latino Max.
