In a previous thread, they asked for people having the problem to PM the DIRT team with the receiver IDs that had the issue. This tells me that they can't reliably reproduce it in the lab, and that it is intermittent in the field. That will take them longer to fix.

I agree here. The first thing I thought of when I saw this remote was "I want one." The second thing I thought of was "I also want my Harmony to have a keyboard." Since the Harmony is RF though, that would be an interesting design challenge.

It isn't an either/or proposition. There is a limit to how many programmers you can efficiently assign to code various task. It takes a woman 9 months to have a baby, if you assign two women to the task you don't get a baby in 4 1/2 months. They certainly should put priority on stability, but...

Regardless, this should be an option. the drop down box should should show "Combined" at the top, and each individual hopper below that. Let each person choose. Also, implementing tags (as opposed to folders) for organization would make it easier to filter the list down.
