I made this switch a few months ago, from AT&T DSL at 3.0 for $45 to Charter 15.0 for $20. That's a promotional rate, of course, but even the regular price is cheaper than AT&T and more than 5 times the speed in practice. The service has been tremendous, from scheduling through install.

It does stink - but if it's not on the main channel (418), be sure to check the HDALT channels, just below the normal station in the guide. The past several games I have found the HD feed down in those channels. It often comes from Fox Sports South or Tennessee, but it's always been open for me...

Sorry, a misunderstanding. I meant my emails and calls were friendly. I have received no responses from the station. I get all other DD signals through my Dish locals, but apparently the local NBC does not pass these on through Dish. The funny thing is, they used to, before the transponder move.

Yup, I have e-mailed and left messages. All friendly, all offering to troubleshoot. It is very frustrating. I'm still not even sure if it is a Dish issue or a KSDK issue, since no one will really talk about it. Anyone else in STL seeing this problem?

My local NBC (KSDK in St. Louis) used to have 5.1 on Dish, but a couple of years ago they changed transponders and it went to 2.1 only. I have talked to dish and they blame the station, the station will not return calls or emails.

Funny, I came across this message yesterday for the third time in a week. I had never seen it before. When I tried to scroll up the channel list, all of the program was missing -- but if I scrolled back down to where it rolled over to the beginning, the channels were there. Strange glitch.

Thread bump... Logged in today to use the DVR functions (which have been working better) and was blown away to see a full suite of options on the "my account" page. I'm a former AT&T bundle customer (mentioned earlier in this thread) and was always dismayed that, now as a full Dish customer...

The only thing the free premium previews remind me is the reason I don't subscribe to them. It seems they're always running the same slate of shows. I can always watch the original programs later on DVD... I, too, was disappointed in the Cooking Channel. Seems silly that it's not in AT200...

Not only doesn't it it do anything for bundled customers, it doesn't work for FORMERLY bundled customers, who have since ditched AT&T. Drives me nuts.

Not exactly surprising, but still disappointing. Nothing new other than a bunch if grayed out links for formerly bundled customers. Really wish we weren't treated like 2nd class citizens.
