Lose discounts with package drop?

I'm currently on the 200 package, and am getting the $10/mo AMC discount, combined with a $5/mo referral discount. If I drop down to 120 (or 120+ to keep RSN) will I lose the discount? Even saving $5/mo seems worthwhile. I'm not under any contract.

since the credits are towards the bill and not really tied to a package discount you should be able to drop down and keep those
