    I had the H3 installed today. The installer paired my TV and AUX to the remote. The AUX is programmed to my surround receiver. The AUX volumes up and down fine, but how do I turn the AUX off with the H3 remote? Thanks-

    Yes, looking directly at the DVR, the fan is on the left side. They are going to upgrade me to and H3 - I am going to buy a usb powered fan and let is assist the cooling.

    This time it wasn't a full blow out. The DVR wouldn't respond to the remote, or the DVR would shut down, restart and then do it again. On some reboots I would get a "hard drive failure" banner, other times it would boot fine and then start changing channels on it's own.

    Yeah, who knew it would be such a nightmare. It shouldn't be that way, if my business was ran like this - I'd be out of business. I'm over it now. It's up to them to live up to the promises they just gave me. If not I'll just move on to the next poor customer service satellite/cable company :)
