Dishs' New 30 day money back, you should ask questions about it. It just came out, and not many people know about it yet. It gives you a 30 grace period if you decide you don't like it within the 30 days they will credit you back.

EPG is on both 110 and 119, if your only receiving one satellite you will not get the full guide. Satellite 110 transponder 21, 22 Satellite 119 transponder 19 check to see that you are receiving signal on these transponders. Can't use AIM, but have MSN messenger.

The thing that sucks about being a retailer for dish is when they schedule the service calls. They don't take into account that we've got our own installs to do. Most the time when they schedule them, the day has already been booked 1-2 weeks in advance.

HD Locals? Locals are all well and good, but how about the HD Locals?

Have any other retailers gotten mad at the fact that dish refers them customers, and pays the retailer barely enough for gas to get there? I'm just talking about the customers who have dish warranty. Dish sends us referrals for people 2-4 states away. Then they get mad for rejecting the work order.

Ours is set to 110, 119, 61.5, 121. We used to have a DP34 switch connected to the dish's coming in, then it ran from out in the shop, into the showroom and connected to the DP44. Then we removed the DP34 because we thought that was the problem. It didn't work. So how would the separator work...
