Thanks guys, I got it. I started over factory settings, as I went down noticed the polarity thing you can miss it easy. just says polarity and looking at it, you swear it wont do anything, clicked on it up came a menu moved it to H/V problem solved thanks

Ok I'm getting frustrated, the Openbox is telling me this transponder is better then great, yet the F5 says its dead no channels. I'm beginning to think these f5s are good for the garbage, wish I had more Openboxes but the guy was out of stock. I think I got ripped off.

I got a Openbox s9 and mainly watch galaxy 19. I was wondering if I hook up the internet to it, will I get a tv guide. What would be the advantage of doing so, I have other boxes on order, like skybox s5 and a newer openbox model, if they mean anything. Thanks

Thanks I like that idea of offset it 10 degrees (is that enough idk guess will find out though) It seems like the the LNBF doesn't seem to care much anyway, I can spin galaxy 19 round and round, without it doing anything.

I have a 90cm dish motorized dish ses 3 AMC 1 (103.0w) comes in but just. I Like to watch cozy tv From what I understand its got a weird skew, so what do you guys do to fix it. I even heard someplace that you can get a motorized LNB but I think that's just some ones fantasy.

Thanks I have a Sat-link ws-6906 on order, I used a standard type, cheep meter before. This new meter is suppose to have the CN Ber reading (will need to figure out how that works.) Going for the better meter, as I have friends and family that want a sat. now, so it should make the job easier...

The "power passing splitter"makes more sense, as you can use ether receiver to control the motor. Just cant really, use both same time, I will have to live with that.

90" offset dish, single standard ku band lnb, motor running Usals, 90 foot run. S9 Hd box I want to add another box maybe 70 feet away from the dish.

Cool but not sure how that works, can I just use my current system single lnb and use that to split the cable.

I got a motorized KU band dish, and I'm thinking about the best way to add another receiver. I could run a wire from one receiver to the other, but this would loose motor control I guess I need a multiswitch and a duel lnb would that work, so both receivers can move the motor. I appreciate any help.

Thanks it sounds like its correct then, 480i is what ill get, from what I understand mpeg1/2 two are similar as far as the chip-set is concerned, its Probably running mpeg2 anyway.

This receiver is sluggish to turn on and off, I can live with it though. What gets me, is that on galaxy 19, all I get is 480i/mpeg1 is that it all I get?. These channels should be mepeg2 minimum, running 1080i (no p option) but that doesn't mean much, its just up converting. Prob says mpeg1 but...
