Would you unplug everything at one time? Or unplug both hoppers then try? And if still not working then unplug joeys?

On just the two hoppers or the joeys also?

Can’t set to record more than once, whether from Joey or hopper? I tried the red reset button already.

I have connected one via ethernet and one no internet. However , the Ethernet hopper says it’s connected via moca and ethernet is connected and disabled. The other hopper says it’s also connected via moca and that the wireless is connected and disabled .

Does it make sense to have the hopper that does most of the dvr recordings the one that has access to the internet ?

Can the other hopper be connected via WiFi if the first hopper is ethernet connected? How do I disable internet connection on second hopper if no wifi allowed on second hopper ?

Can both hopper be set to bridge mode and connected via ethernet? I am having problems with dvr playback on one hopper when setup this way. Please help.

I appreciate the reply. Other than this, could it be which hopper the joey is linked to? I.e. length of feet the signal had to run from hopper to joey on other side of house?

I also checked that coax connection are all tight and moca link strong for all devices. Does this have something to do with turning bridge off between the hoppers and connecting one hopper via ethernet and one hopper wirelessly?

Issue is on all joeys, recorded or on demand shows freeze completely and dont restart. On demand programs says streaming at 1.28 mbps. I tried resetting all devices. Both hoppers and all joeys connected via ethernet. My internet speed is 70-80 mbps. Any advice?

Yea they are allowing hopper 3 on second satellite dish but on same account. I would just rather purchase 2 Joey instead of another hopper 3 (or at least be able to bring one of the 6 joeys I have now into the other bedroom as needed). What is the lnb and sw refer to? Is that software or hardware?

Dish said I need to buy another hopper 3 and Joey 2.0 for these other 2 tv. They said they may come out with software update in future that would allow me to purchase just two Joey 2.0 instead. Anyone have info on software update? I forgot to mention that I do have a second satellite dish...
