Already did. I even got escalation involved!!

We are always way behind in this country.

I sent escalation an email yesterday and they still can not figure out why the 4K Joey is not getting the channel. They will let me know Monday. They made me verify my tv model and admitted that it should work.

But I have top 250. Little pissed that it is only available on H3. That tv in my house is for my father. I use use the joey upstairs.

Lol I tried it again and it was successful the 2nd attempt.

I did a forced update and it’s still on 506.

I also have have a switch by the H3. At&t ran an Ethernet from my router for me when I got my fiber 1gb internet. Switches are not expensive and you might as well get a gig switch.

Since u506 not probs with its on h3, but the 4K Joey is terrible.

What you could of done is, windows a feature to do a system image backup. Todo the backup on a external drive, off at least 32gb same size as your original drive. Then boot into windows setup and install the system image to the new drive.

I bought the 55” of that model and returned it after 5 days. The HDMI-Arc would not work with my vizio soundbar. I spent 2 hours on the phone with LG, who finally gave up and setup a tech to come the following day. He mess about with it for an hour and spent 2 hours on the phone with support...

Also if you know someone who is already on Dish, get a referral code from them and you will get a free Amazon Echo. I live in Nashville area and always go with Dish Directly. They have their own people who come out.

So can I, but for the price we are paying whats the point. Better to go cordless than having to do that.
