I'm not sure how this deal works. I have been with Directv since 1994 and have an account in very good standing and have had various sports packages thru the years. I was told that I was not eligible for this deal. Not sure what the qualifier is......;)

I agree totally. I had a guy at work talk our organization into buying some really expensive HDMI cables for our setup we have. I bought a 5.00 cable and switched one out. No one to date has noticed any difference..;) because, there is no difference..;)

Same setup here. HDMI to tv only and I did notice last night I totally lost audio on my HDMI input. Rebooted and all is fine. I'll keep an eye on it. Clint
