I never got a good PQ on locals with our 301 receiver. Very unhappy about that. Now that we have the 811, I tune the locals with either the 811 or with the Tivo. SD PQ is really quite nice. HD versions are outstanding.

Same with mine. I love the PQ on DVI. In most cases just as good as a DVD. On Composite and S-Video, the picture is dark and oversaturated with color. It makes my Tivo basically useless, since anything it records is IMHO unwatchable. I keep searching for a substitute HD tuner until...

Yep, me too Emailed the ceo address yesterday. Adam call the house within an hour. Installation scheduled for Monday morning. Then we can move from the class of unhappy people without 811's to the class of unhappy people who have an 811. :) H*ll, at least we're moving.
