Thanks for the advice so far. I am mainly looking for ku band for now. C-Band would be nice, but I did not realize a BUD was required, and currently do not have the space for that. It looks like the best option for me right now would be a good Ku system with motor. I see that one posted...

What is the best and cheapest way to upgrade to the dual tuner hd-dvr? I currently have the DVR508 model with the AT250 package. There is only one line running from the dish to the room currently.

Im talking about thru the dish, not an antenna. I already pay for local channels.

I was wondering if I get the 622 and pay the hd enabling fee instead of siging up for Dish HD will I still get my locals in HD thru Dish? I live in Houston and Dish does offer locals in HD here.
