I just got off of a chat with Dish Network and they're saying that the dual tuner OTA dongle is out of stock, but the tech couldn't tell me what ATSC version of tuner is inside the dongle. Does anyone know what ATSC tuner is in it if I can find one via other avenues (ebay, etc)? I have an old...

It's happened a couple of times since my last post, but it's not nearly as bad as it was. My next step would be to get a different receiver if it starts getting worse again. I've had the H3 for over a year, so I don't know what happened in the last 5 weeks to start this issue.

I changed the Volume Leveling to off and will report back. In the audio settings for the H3, there are only two options. Dolby (on or off) and Volume Leveling (on or off). I didn't see any option for 'Decoder' or where I could turn off CEC. Where are those options on the H3?

I'm also running audio thru a Vizio sound bar using optical out from the TV to the sound bar and HDMI to the TV from the H3. Yet, using the TV as the source (TV apps or casting to the TV), I've never experienced the issue.

I don't think that U942 caused the issue on my H3 because it started exhibiting the issue at least 2 weeks before U942 was installed. I'm at a loss.

I do have a Joey that rarely gets used. I'll have to test it, but the Joeys don't have a swap feature. I could test it by pausing something and seeing if it gets out of sync with audio also.

Can I move the Hopper 3 to the Joey location and the Joey where the Hopper 3 is now? As long as they're both connected to the coax, that shouldn't be an issue, correct? It's more important to have the swap feature in that location.
