I have a snow rake so I put a towel on the end of it to brush off the dish. The dish is low enough on my house so I can reach it. Over 14 inches of heavy wet snow this past Sunday so it stuck to the dish and reception went out once.

Just signed up for BB@Home....added some movies to my queue...is there a time frame that a movie has to be returned by mail once it is received? I realize I wouldnt get the next movie shipped until the first one is returned.

FSN's website lists the + channel is 445 (SD) and 9573 (HD) ....I remember watching the game in the 9500 range.

As far as I know when the Wolves and Wild have played at the same time one game is on FSN and the other is on the FSN+ channel (alternate). I have gone to the FSN website and found out what the alt channel number is that D* is showing the game on. So far so good :)

With a second HDTV now I am thinking of getting another 211 to replace the 301. What is the monthly fee for the additional 211 ? The additional receiver fee for 301 is $7. I couldnt find any pricing on the DISH website.

And since I have a telephone connection to the receiver (for interactive applications, etc.) it doesnt sound like an broadband ethernet connection would give me anything "more" for the 211 model.

Excellent chart.......I didnt realize that you can connect the VIP 211 via broadband until I saw the chart. DISH website doesnt list the 211 as capable (only the 222k, 612, 622, 722, or 722k models)..my question is the USB port is used for my EHD...can I run a ethernet cable from my wireless...
