Is the VM network adapter setup as bridged or NAT'd behind your PC's real IP? I would think you would want it bridged so the adapter is on the same network as the HR21 and can respond to broadcasts/multicasts.

I see the same thing. Both the HR21 and H21 are connected to a switch via cat5, so I don't think bandwidth is an issue, then again, I was the one who terminated the RJ45's and knowing my skill with that, it could be the bandwidth :)

I noticed that I no longer get a network error 22 when doing the network test. Not sure if it is only me that is working again but will take a bet that they figured out the issue.

Direct must have found the issue. I no longer get the error 22 during the network test. I haven't tried purchasing a on-demand movie that has been downloaded yet but my guess is it will work too. Thanks for all the suggestions.
