    Well...it pays to call multiple times...I just called, got a different CSR who didn't understand why it said that. She overrode the system (she also called the first girl I talked to an idiot for not helping me). I now have a new receiver coming in 7 days.... thanks for the advice!!!

    Question re: Local HD Channels

    Example: I'm in Detroit...and our ABC station is channel 7 and 6459 in HD....If a show such as Boston Legal is broadcast in HD, do I have to watch it on 6459 to get the HD or can I watch it on 7??? It seems that on some HD shows, it comes in on the SD channels as HD (16x9, great picture)...

    I miss Tivo I've got the 622, but what I miss about my D* Tivo dvr was that it was easier to setup season pass things, but also the ability to organize your shows into folders....I HATE that about the 622 just having the list of shows in the order you recorded them

    How to Force Update on 625

    I've searched for the force procedure, but can't find it on here. My 625 is still at L298, and I turn my tuner off every night. Don't understand why it hasn't moved up to the newest software.... Thanx!!!
