Over the past few weeks, my DVR has been making a "chattering" noise and been seeing more breakup/video pauses. Someone suggested that it could be the past software update and that it might stop with this new update. Has anyone else had these problems or is my DVR dying?

The netgear 200 mbps is about $12 more than the 85 mbps ones. Is it worth getting the faster ones even though Directv only sends it down at 6? Maybe to "future proof"?

Hey Folks... I handle a private office viewing account for a number of folks. We are still not getting the new Movie HD channels (CinemaxHD for example) and some of the select HD channels. I call about twice a month and have been told by the end of the year we will get them. Call today...

TNA has been told they need to be HD in 6 months, for what it is worth. I work at the post house where the show is done.

Yep....B-Band Converters installed. I was told by Directv CS that it isn't available for commercial accounts and that just doesn't make any sense.

Just FYI...if anyone has a business account, like Private Office Viewing, the timetable for the new channels is by Oct. 5th. I talked to tech support last night to find out why I don't have the new channels yet.

Here's a question that may or may not been asked...will the Network HD channels be converted to the better quality mpeg4 and also ESPN? Let's be honest...probably more vieing on those than almost all the others combined.
