Yep, I'd be happy with a couple hours a week of rally racing coverage. Those guys are quite possibly the most skilled drivers in the world to do what they do..

Auto racing is most definitely a sport (I seem to have this arguement all the time with the guys at work) ;) It involves physical stamina, competition, and has an agreed upon means of scoring.. but some people just dont appreciate it.. So, that said, mabye they should put Rally Racing on...

EquatorHD should also do flythroughs of the US's national parks and landmarks.. Imagine flying *through* the Grand Canyon in HD!!!

So far, EqHD has been fantastic. I have really enjoyed the programming they have shown so far. Its almost a cross between national geographic and PBS. Love it! Keep up the good work, guys.

This is just an idea.. The soccer matches and sailing and whatnot are pretty cool, but to expand on that, what about including other sports such as: - Cricket - Rugby - Automotive Rally Racing (pleaase!!) :) - other motorsports - Winter sports (skiing, bobsled, etc) - Specials on...

I got Voom installed on Saturday.. I've been very impressed with EquatorHD.. That and DiscoveryHD are my two favorites. Then theres always my local PBS HD, which is absolutely stunning.

Update.. Installer arrived, finished the installation with no problems. Turned out real nice. I received the smaller dish w/ single LNB, but it works fine. All equipment was new and in the box. It looks like the equipment shortage in the Phoenix area isnt a problem now.

My installer had to cancel my first install appointment on 6/09/04 due to lack of equipment. I had rescheduled the appointment for today (6/19/04). THe installers called yesterday and verified the appointment and said they had just received the new equipment from Voom. So, you Phoenix, AZ...

Has anyone here in phoenix been able to get their voom installed the last few days? Wondering if they've finally got equipment yet. My install is scheduled for Saturday the 19th.. *crossing fingers* It would make things SOOO much easier if they would just let us do our own installations..

I'm in Mesa, AZ, 85215.. and just had my Voom install delayed too. It was originally scheduled for the 6/9, but the installer had to push it out to 6/19. :no The installer didnt mention me being in line for the installation, but atl least he was optimistic enough to reschedule the install...

I'm in Mesa here.. awaiting installation. My installer called yesterday and said that they had not recieved the equipment yet from Voom, so I had to reschedule my appointment to the 19th. FWIW, I signed up for the service from their website. I wonder if it makes a difference or not whether...
