Is there any possibility Directv is playing hardball? Just for the fact that they came out and said what Pappas was demanding. Which was double the Annual Fees and to be paid a years worth of those fees in advance. But haven't even given a clue to what Tribune wants.

They could try it. But there is only two ways. First would be if you can't receive the channel over the air and the second is if the local channel grants the waiver. Which I have to think the Tribune channels would deny the waiver.

just checked that -1 is still there for Jags/Broncos. But on the guide the channel is not there And for that matter there are no -1 channels for ST on the guide and I have my directv guide set to show HD channels
