If your Dish500 skew is 90 it isn't important at all. Otherwise you do need to skew the dish. Without skew you will be pointing high for one satellite and low for the other. You will most likely be able to get only one satellite without skew. JL

It's only temporary. "Free Preview" is easier to turn on and later turn off than to change the true subscription level of the channel from AT180 to AT60 and expect to get it back to AT180 on all receivers later on. JL

Sorry, but the satellite footprints for the US satellites doesn't cover much more than the US. You would probably have trouble seeing satellites at 119w anyways even if they were hemi coverage instead of conus (Continental US). JL

Locals on satellite services must be presented on consective channels. They probably didn't want to test the FCC rules to see if SV could be considered locals or not. They can always use the 70's if they put SV into markets with higher numbers. JL

Last I read from E*: E10 is still planned for 110 with a launch due early next year. Speculation has E8 moving. It would make a great in-orbit spare for both E7 and E10. The Canadian company is supposed to be building their own satellite for 129. JL
