Yes it is indeed wrong! When you go to directv.com/locals and type in (our zip) 39530 you get a message that says locals are available with an HD system!

It says HD because they are in HD! AND they look awesome!

They are showing up in my guide and ARE HD. WWL and WDSU are our CBS and NBC. NOW if D* would flippin' light 'em up!

While on the phone today, I was told I was to get channel 4 (wwl) and channel 6 (wdsu) along with Lox and xxv. This is what I want! And makes me even more anxious to get the locals lit up! SO I will believe it when I see it!

My DMA (Biloxi-Gulfort, MS) launch was today, yet nothing on my recievers. I call up D*, and they tell me there is a "glitch" in the system. They tell me to call back tomorrow. I am an understanding guy. However, I will call back in a few hours. Unless, anyone thinks I should actually wait...

I just got off the phone with d*. I talked with 2 csr's and they both confirmed my dma (Biloxi-Gulfport) is lighting up tomorrow. So I guess all 3 June dma's are tomorrow.

I'm in Biloxi and if I only get ABC and FOX that would fine by me! That is IF I get to keep CBS and NBC from NYC. Although, I'm sure we'll get CBS from Mobile and NBC from NOLA. The upgrade thing (if you require it) with contract extension sucks though.

In the Biloxi-Gulfport DMA there are only three channels. We have WLOX (ABC), WXXV (FOX) and WMAH (PBS) (and some low power staion I don't count). Our cable provider (Cable One) offers WDSU (NBC) out of New Orleans and WKRG (CBS) out of Mobile, AL. My question is will D* offer these as well? Is...

Biloxi and the MS Gulf Coast fall under the spot beam area. I just re-e-mailed dtv about wanting CST. I have NBA League Pass and Hornet games covered by CST are blacked out due to their coverage map.

You might have a bad multiswitch. I had the exact problem. Missing TbsHD and FXHD and a couple of others. A tech came out Wednesday and did some testing and was that my multiswitch was faulty.
