Yes, I found a way to get a US center. Call and cancel, they will send you somewhere in the US. That was the only part of the entire conversation I could understand.

They might be exempt because it seems that every time I have ever called, all of their employees are overseas. In fact, even when I called to cancel, I was sent overseas. It was not until they realized I was cancelling, that they transferred me to someone that sounded like she was based in the US.

Signed up for Direct TV today over this. After Voom, I have little patience for this. Will now have HD on 3 sets and a package more closely aligned to what we actually watch for the same cost. Not as many channels, but the ones that count.

Agree completely. I find it ridiculously ironic that everyone one except Dish can make their commercials function with proper volume except Dish. Why is it that everyone else has it figured out and they do not? As for SRS Level, screen shots or it didn't happen.

I am not happy with the Dish situation, but the government does not do anything well. The free market will play out, and a resolution will be reached. When the goverment artifically inflates or props things up, bad things happen.
