I went through this too. DirecTV has both home and away in HD. (Comcast Sports Net broadcasts all Celtic games they have in HD) Dish, still does not due to bandwidth issues they have. Dish is your restriction. Been there as that was a main reason I left Dish.

Did not make sense to me either. Nothing like the Celts in HD. I don't have that problem any longer however, I found a service that has the Celts and Red Sox in HD all the time.

A company is only as good as it's people. Most of the people at Dish are aces from my experience. I find that respectful exchanges of ideas and expectations between a customer and a company usually yield great results. Good for you! :up

I have Vonage over a Comcast internet connection and did not use the 'phone' line. We went with the wireless bridge method and it works great.

LOL Cable around here, NOT. Around here you have to sit home and take time off while they come in the 3rd hour of a four hour window.

I have to say that I am impressed. To find people that will do installs on major US holiday for our convenience is just above and beyond when they could be spending time with their families. How many of us would really want to give up those precious days off? Thank you Dish Installers!!

Many other posts you have made indicate that you have a 722. This is a DVR unless I am mistaken. If so, problem solved as it does a fine job. Maybe this is not the forum to help you do what you might be trying to do. Just a thought. :rolleyes:
