Try looking up the operating guide for your ear buds. I would think there is some way to control the volume. Maybe the on/off button might control the volume by holding the button down.

With two Hopper 3's on one account can you actually record 32 programs at the same time?

Software U727 is for the Hopper with Sling, (HWS). Thus U728 should be for the HWS, not the Hopper 3 receiver. Thanks for the help/advice, but I am reasonably familiar with how to manually check for an update with the HWS recievers. With that said however, I have never had a receiver go through...

I just tried a manual update on both of my two HWS. Both went through several different screens as if it downloaded the new software, but after finishing I checked and both are still on U727.

These latest updates have not fixed the dark screen issue.

Sat TV might be a dinosaur, but for me, at least for now, ATT Uverse, or Spectrum (my only options) are way inferior to Dish. Don't get me wrong Dish has it's issues but at least for now I'm not going anywhere.

Everything went smoothly on the first receiver. The second receiver would not recognize the Snap after the update. Rebooted and all seems well.

What this latest update added, changed, fixed or broke I have no idea, yet, but the second receiver was on channel 9606 when I turned it back on.

Update U726 just finished installing on one of my HWS. Took about 90 minutes to complete. Currently being installed on second HWS. The guide on the first one now seems slower than it was prior to installing the Snaps. I hope this changes after the second HWS finishes the update. If not I’m...

Just updated the app for the iPad to v.32.0.

The black screen issue I described never happened before I plugged in the two Snaps. Hopefully this issue will get resolved in a future update, but no time soon I think.

Two HWS and two Snaps with SW update U275 installed. Sometimes after changing channels I will see the information banner at the top my TV screen as normal, however the screen will go dark with no picture. After reinstalling the iPad app this morning I am happy to report the guide is back!!!!! Yahoooooo!

Yes I have reinstalled the app for ipad many times.... The phone app will convert streaming video on the iPad to landscape mode, but all other functions in the GUI remain locked in portrait mode.
