Well shucks. The EHD on my 211 died today with a bunch of recorded material on it. :mad: Anyway, I found a good WD 1TB drive that I think might be the ticket but it says USB 3.0 on the specs page. Anyone know if a 3.0 drive is backwards compatible with the 2.0 controller on the 211 ?

I will be staying with DishNetwork also. Still have my HD Absolute and every once in a while I get a new HD channel so it alleviates some of the pain of losing NatGeo, which was one of my favorite channels. Fox can go :censored: themselves as far as I'm concerned. :neener

I added DHPP and I will most likely keep it. They can't get a tech out here until saturday tho so it looks like a couple of days with no tv for me. The dish is mounted on the new shingles, bolted down in the same holes, but no signal at all.
