I am canceling an accout, and am wondering if they will want the LNBs back or not. I have a Dish Pro Plus Twin with a dual LNB for the first generation 1000 dish. I have been a customer for over two years.

I just installed a new 1000.4 dish. I can get 55-60 on 61.5, but only 45-49 on 72. Is this normal? I have played with the dish for about an hour and that is the best I can do. I am 90% sure i have no obstructions, especially with the high elevation of 39 ( on the dish ). Can someone provide...

That sounds like a bunch of crap. You will have your regular locals in addition to HD locals.

Is it possible to hook a DP44 up to a 1000.2 and a wing 61.5 dish and have 5 satellite inputs? That way I would look at 110,118.7,119,129,61.5.

I have a regular dish 1000.1 and will be able to take off the LNB for 129 and add a second dish for 61.5, however it is going to be far away from where the dish is currently located. I have about 150 ft of RG11 running underground from my dish to the house where it is converted back to RG6...

You need a Male to Male cable, and I have found the best place for HDMI cables to be Ebay.

I install E* and D* as a secondary job and constantly have problems activating systems after they are installed. Yesterday I talked to Tech support and he said that the system couldn't be activated until the work order is closed. My responce was, "well, we have never had to do that before."...

I just bought a TV44 and it works great in my area. I live in metro Grand rapids MI and can get all of the locals with my weakest being Channel 3- CBS at a 65%-70 signal.

I have browsed the forums and see that this is an issue. If I call dish to troubleshoot the issue will having them replace the receiver fix the problem? It is really bad on the OTA channels all of the time. Please advise.

Thanks for the replys. I wish DISH would release a software version that can tell how much of the picture is actually being viewed onto the screen, so I don't have to mess with settings everytime I watch local HD. I think it is SD content upverted to 1080i. It looks decent, it is just a pain...
