One of the posts said that the 20% stake that Dish had in Voom was returned to AMC/Cablevision. If this is true it would be interesting to know what the value of that is on the current market. Was the 20% only in Voom or did it include a portion of the parent companies?

Why do you keep assuming that these thing are being said in front of the jury? There are many discussions that take place without the jury being present.

At this point the emails have been recovered so it will be very easy to determine what was discussed in them. FWIW, people with access seem to be of the opinion that they are very damaging to Dish's case.

If this were the issue then the emails where they discussed what constituted "customary overhead" would have been evidence in their favor and they wouldn't have destroyed them.

Dish lost me as a customer when they dropped the Voom channels. Since then I've been getting HD locals off the air and streaming stuff from Netflix. I recently added Amazon Prime (mostly for shipping) to give me more options. I figure if I want to watch more recent stuff I can rent a lot of...

I think I was the other customer who watched the Smithsonian Channel.

And I certainly don't rule out returning to satellite or cable service if one of them offer a package that I would watch.

For me it was the Voom channels. Since they have been removed the only thing keeping me with Dish is the remainder of a contract that runs out soon. Once the contract runs out I'll be canceling Dish in favor of OTA and the internet. Mario

Mirrored = Showing the same thing at the same time. If it shows the same programs in a different order then it is not a mirrored channel.
