OK, everyone try to access your programs again. They are repopulating and working for me now.

I tried this as a test, but my trash bin shows as empty, even though I know I sent a program to it.

...and if I do a search for programming, nothing shows at all in the results column.

I can confirm the same Hopper issue and Dish response. One other thing I noted is my On Demand shows do not seem affected by this issue. Also, I could transfer a single program to my external HDD and view it, but this process did not work for a folder of shows.

So, my wife is deep in annoyed-mode with this, and I'm not sure WTH is happening. We have the CBS show "Elementary" scheduled to record all new episodes. For some reason, the recording always starts 30 minutes early, even though it was setup to record direct from the Guide. I tried...

As of last night WGN 009-01 worked fine for me on the Hopper.

Thx for the response. So you think its a guide population delay rather than I'm just not seeing the proper way to key in search data? I guess I was expecting a way to manually enter program searches in the On Demand area the same way searches are entered when looking to schedule recordings for...

Got the H3 today and aside from a bug or three, its working well....but I can't for the life of me figure out how to search for on-demand TV shows. Am I missing something obvious? Requesting guidance :)

Just did the same. Browsing the guide IMO is certainly faster. Netflix was another + for me. No regrets.

I'm working with the Surface Pro 2. When I tried to launch Dish Anywhere in the ModernUI I was sent to a screen saying the browser needed to be 32-bit IE or Chrome, and it would not play content. Once I tried it using standard Chrome in the desktop, it worked fine so I stopped messing with it :)

Having just upgraded to the HWS I am surprised the Surface doesn't have an app for Dish Anywhere (unless I'm totally missing it). I've also been scraping the alleys of Google and don't see much info about it. Is there any new info about this?

Problems with my 2H/2J setup are growing more evident. I was off work yesterday (no power at the office) and was catching up on some DVR stuff. My main Hopper required a front panel reboot 4 times during on/off viewing throught the day--its never needed one until S213. Also last night my wife...

Chiming in..two hoppers and joeys were updated on Thursday. Only problem so far is one hopper has needed a soft reset every day. Both hoppers are connected via coax and Ethernet, and both joeys via coax only...all receive data service as expected so far.

I can also say I was getting the same Joey error only if internet is connected to the Hopper. I tried several Joey resets but made no progress until disconnecting internet on the Hopper (no internet was connected to the Joey at any point).

I've also had this since day 1 on any channel, recorded or not, at the same time of the hour. I have failed in not reporting it yet but will do so.
