I hate it when the 722....... doesn't have breakfast waiting for me when I wake up in the morning. Ughh!!

Do you have to have a 922 receiver to get reimbursed from Dish for the Slingplayer app? I don't have a 922 (I have a 722 not connected online) and when I go log-on to Dishremote I can't find any instructions on reimbursement. My Slingbox Solo is actually hooked up in a different room to my 501.

One can can only hope but I seriously doubt it...most other apps that have been upgraded for the iPad have given no such breaks for previous iPhone/iTouch owners.

I went online to my account today to cancel Cinemax because April was my last free month, upon doing so it had $25 in cancellation fees. $5 for a downgrade and $20 for adult programming removal. I quickly cancelled that and went to chat support and the rep told me no fees would be applied.

I had the same problem on my 722k....disconnected my OTA, removed the OTA channels from the guide and I haven't had the problem since. Kind of sucks though, this was the whole reason I went out and got the OTA module for and now I can't use it.

You can always get the Skinamax for a penny per month promotion. You don't get all the "action" like the other PPV channels but you do get a couple HD channels that are, let's just say "eye popping". Not bad for a penny.

I think you can only get the deal over the phone, I tried the online chat and even though they confirmed the deal they couldn't accept my CC info through the chat. My question I have is once the promo period is over, can I get off paperless billing and go back to paper billing without a hassle...

I put up a little amplified antenna and get great reception of ktla5 and kcal9, especially Dodgers and Lakers games. The ability to record one of these channels while I'm recording two other satellite feeds is awesome. Even if dish did add these channels I would still be watching them OTA.
