I think if its that big of issue of what is being showed as commercials during certain shows then you should not watch that channel. Its all about the M O N E Y any provider will play what ever they want For the R I G H T Price. Money talk Period.

It was my understanding that if you want more than one receiver on the account for you to get the channels mirrored on the other receivers.

I think its funny that directv can get an hd version of the super bowl for there customers but dish network can not even get usa or sci fi for there customers.

People are not smart enough to know what channel the super bowl is even on. We have had advertising over the past few months from FOX stating the fact the super bowl was gonna be on FOX, i dont think people even know what that channel is.

Its like any company they can charge what they want when they want. If they want to charge you 50.00 for nothing they can because they can.

after the problems he is having with directv i know i have made the right decision to keep dish network and not go with directv..........

are updates not done with out a phone line.? that would take for ever over a dial up connection any thing but reporting PPV or any other billing data

I know if i were to "MOVE" i know i would NOT call the satellite provider to help me move the equipment or anything else. They will catch you in a false move if you do that

With the 625 dvr you can hook it up to two tv's and watch a program on each. 2 different programs. DUAL Tuner dvr.

Does directv offer a dual tuner DVR where i can watch one show on one tv and something else on another tv like the dish network 625 dvr?

To me it dont matter what company you are talking about d or e everything is ITS COMING VOD more HD or what ever. There is no way any company can guarantee anything. Nothing is a done deal until it is live. i too for one would like to see any company adding more SD than HD until they sell more...
