If you need to see all the sat locations, make sure it is a directv-branded hd receiver. Any other will only see 101°, 110°, 119°.

I have gotten the 750 error with my AM21, even though I have a qualifying programming package. I believe the problem ended up being the cabling and/or the multiswitch that interfered the receiver being authorized. You can go directv.com and reauthorize the receiver and check the cabling...

Have you tried "Reset Everything" in the menu?

Do you have access to the all the cabling/equipment from your receiver to the dish? Is there a MDU System Operator that maintains the Directv system for the entire building? I ask because MDU buildings don't necessarily require you to have a power inserter in the apartment to power the SWM...

If you have some rabbit ears lying around you could hook them up to the Sanyo's tuner to see if there's any difference. That way you could eliminate the Sayno itself being the problem...

The only thing I can think of is to switch locations of the boxes to see if the problems follow the box or stay in the room where the box is located. That should give you more information about your problem...

The programming on 99 and 103 is encoded in the MPEG-4 format. The D12 is an MPEG-2 receiver, so it cannot pickup or decode channels from those satellites. If you need to get your locals from 99 or 103, you need to replace the D12 with an H20,21,23,24, or 25 receiver.

389-399 are CBS,NBC,ABC,Fox, CW and PBS channels for people who can't get them locally. You have to have a waiver from your local affiliates of these stations before Directv will provide any of the channels in the 389-99 area.
