I'm in the same boat as you. I only watch RaveHD and RushHD. Occasionally the Monsters HD channel, and very rarely the Cinema 10s. The rest is a waste IMO, including Bravo. I already get Discovery HD, HBOHD and SHO-HD on D*. They will need to give me the free Starz pack they offered me...

Finally got it... it shows a grey screen with a bunch of #s and the running time that it has been going. The grey screen is outlined with a blue screen.

No luck so far. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and still nothing. We'll see... hopefully it fixes my Starz problem.

I've had mine turned off since 12AM EST... I am targeted, just turned it on to check if I was targeted... and turned it back off. Hopefully it will upgrade.

My only problem with it is they told me I would get a plus pack when ordering, and even asked me which one I wanted. It would have been much different if they said "sorry, we can't offer you the plus pack" from the start. But instead they said I would get it, and now are trying to say I don't.

I also noticed the problems on Bravo, but only on Cirque De Soleil. I do notice these little tears that you mention on MOOV quite often. I also notice the overcompression on some of the SD channels, and the issue with the specs on bright colors on some SD channels.

Ouch... if you do mess it up. Even if it takes you an hour, you will be able to get it back to where it was. I don't see why anyone would need a service call unless you're borderline of getting the signal, and need it tuned in perfectly in order to get a viewable signal.
