Apparently my problem is the "weak OTA bug". After tuning to my strongest OTA station (99), I have not lost the signal on any of the satellite channels. I was not aware of this workaround until now. Thanks for the info!!

Yep, I have noticed the same thing. I also have Directv and ESPN News volume is much lower than the other ESPN channels. I Haven't a clue as to why.

Yes, I do have the Stealth antenna that Voom supplies and it was installed with the Diplexer. The fact that reception suffers some during the storm is about what I would have figured, but the fact that it would be that way, so long after the storm had passed was the basic thrust of my question...

Mine was working Ok at first, there was only one channel I wasn't getting, but now I notice after it rains some of the others are going in and out. I also noticed apparently they never installed the antenna amplifier at least I can't find where it is plugged in anywhere. I called Voom about it...

Channels 304 and 308 maybe the alternate channels (back-up programming for blackouts) for ESPN and ESPN2.

According to the voom web site, I was charged on April 18th and I have no outstanding balance. Next due date is May 8th.

Installed on April 9th, credit card charged on April 18th.

Well, I am not a huge golf fan either, but at least you don't have to pay another 12.00 a month (Sports Pack) to get it, like you do at Directv.

Channel names have dissappeared On my program guide the channel numbers and program information are there, but the channel names are gone (except OTA channels). Is this a system problem or is there something I can do to get them back?

Just a couple of questions, by the way, my system is functioning perfectly with no problems, but how do find out what software version I have. When I check the system status page it says firmware: V16, but I don't see anything about the SW version. Secondly, how do I check my phone line...
