A couple questions about the voom system

Just a couple of questions, by the way, my system is functioning perfectly with no problems, but how do find out what software version I have. When I check the system status page it says firmware: V16, but I don't see anything about the SW version.
Secondly, how do I check my phone line connection and finally what does the "report back" function do?
 
Go VOOM button, green button, system settings, option #7 it will bring you to the same page. Scroll down to see the next page until you get to where the software version is.

If you have connected a phone line to the receiver, I believe, that's all you need to have. The "report back" functionality is not there anymore. The telephone # was taking off because a lot of people were using the manual tune to call back and VOOM was having a problem with this.
