Out of curiosity more than anything, I went to Lyngsat and pulled up Telestar 10 at 76.5 E. There is a ton of programming listed there for both C-band and Ku and they showed 40 channels total in the clear. Maybe you had some sort of internet glitch, try it again.

I always liked the term magnetic deviation because that way it does not get confused with the declination angle used as part of the set up of moveable dishes so they will track the Clarke belt.
