I'm at 84w. I get all those you mention just fine with a Openbox S10. TV Galicia broadcasts in Galician most of the time, and Canal Vasco in Basque most of the time as well.

I have been having an interesting problem: when the temperature outside falls under 45 F or so, I can't signal off of my KU dish. C-Band comes is fine (cables linked to an Ecoda switch), but no KU.
