    My next rental has been processing for a week. I've called BB and they give me the Mumbo jumbo about available titles. I do a dish chat and I told them I have already called BB and they say they cannot help me and tell me to call BB when I already have.

    i mailed flight back on march 5th and it still hasn't cleared my queue. i emailed BB and they just gave me some copy and paste response and i contacted dish and got almost the same copy and paste message about title availabilty and that has nothing to do with it!

    BB got a disc back from me on monday and just now sent another today. thinking about dropping the second disc option.

    i have no BB store close to me either. all 3 that were close to me were closed. i like the movies by mail and epix. those are the 2 reasons i have BB@home.

    i get movies 2 days after shipment most of the time now. but, they never send available titles at the top of my queue.

    I was going to upgrade to the 3 disc plan but...

    all the xbox 360 games i added to my queue are long wait or very long wait. I was going to upgrade to the 3 disc plan to get games and movies at the same time. I don't think i will now.

    it was good for me for awhile. but,last week i didn't get a disc at all and just now got one shipped to me today.

    i kept hitting the eject button and it finally popped out. when i hit the eject button i could heard stuff inside running and it finally popped it out.

    I got it!!! i guess i'll have to get a new dvd player now. i won't put another disc back in there!

    i've tried that and it didn't work. i cannot find a way to open it manually. but, i will google it.
