I haven't gotten the email with the ppv certificate numbers yet. I did a chat and the csr said I would get the email sometime today and also gave me a 5 dollar credit for 3 months and I didn't ask for that
about to start week 3 with no shipment sent. queue says processing next shipment. i have emailed customer service and they will not respond. getting ready to cancel BB@home.
My next rental has been processing for a week. I've called BB and they give me the Mumbo jumbo about available titles. I do a dish chat and I told them I have already called BB and they say they cannot help me and tell me to call BB when I already have.
i mailed flight back on march 5th and it still hasn't cleared my queue. i emailed BB and they just gave me some copy and paste response and i contacted dish and got almost the same copy and paste message about title availabilty and that has nothing to do with it!
i have no BB store close to me either. all 3 that were close to me were closed. i like the movies by mail and epix. those are the 2 reasons i have BB@home.
all the xbox 360 games i added to my queue are long wait or very long wait. I was going to upgrade to the 3 disc plan to get games and movies at the same time. I don't think i will now.
i kept hitting the eject button and it finally popped out. when i hit the eject button i could heard stuff inside running and it finally popped it out.
