Bumping this up, as it still has this same "problem"...either when adding a sat with no transponders defined, or, after deleting all defined transponders. Power cycling the unit will get it to work again, so it should be a fairly easy "fix" in the new firmware release!

I've been waiting for a new firmware release as was mentioned in the previous thread. I'm still getting frequent lockups/freezes that require a power cycle to undo. No big deal, just a little annoying ;) Anyone else having any problems with this receiver? Maybe it's just the way I use it...

You know, that suddenly makes sense to me, because i looked at it again, and it is "Scan Step" it starts at 5000KHZ = 5MHZ, and you say make it 35, 35MHZ, it's really not that much when you figure you're scanning signals in the THOUSANDS of MHZ. I never put 2+2 together before on that one...
