I seriously doubt that it is a "hard job" to program the E* receivers to look at the new voom sat so I would just remove the "cable favs" and leave the VOOM21 and the other HD channels that VOOM currently broadcasts. Then move everything that E* broadcasts off they're sat and put it on the VOOM...

I'm in the process of workin on it. However, I have a question for you. Part of our pbs stations are on RF 29 which is 8-1 and 8-2. 8-1 was locked in at 88 and 8-2 was recorded at like 44 I believe but neither channel will come in when I try and tune to them. Any suggestions?

yes, my antenna is on my balcony. Just slide the door open and there's my antenna. I can even see my tv when i stand my the antenna and the dish. Sorry I didn't respond sooner, I was watching Beauty Shop.

so should I leave my antenna directly connected to the outside splitter "diaplexor?" which is what the sat is also connected to?

The antenna is connected to the winegard diaplexor wich is a 3to1 splitter outside. then it comes into the house and connects to the receiver. It connects to the little gray removable box on the back of the receiver. EDIT sorry bout that, it's a 3to2 splitter.

Why would my other stations freeze for a second or so and come back in? Only nbc is the worst and I'm not that worried about it.

What's the best way to figure out if the antenna is too powerful? I tryed hooking the antenna directly to the tv and it wouldn't pick anything up.

The channels: abc,fox,wb,upn all stay green. I've gone to the tuning screen and actually monitored the signal for a few minutes to see what it does. It does go between 92 to 96 during the monitoring period. But it never goes read or drops below the the 85 mark. NBC on the other hand well...
