Just got mine delivered and set up. So far pretty nice. DV activates just fine with both the internal VUDU app and the Oppo 203. You can turn off the front LED. It's under picture and display settings. Same on my old 850A. Now to have it calibrated. S~

Mine will be here Monday. Looking forward to finally replacing my first gen 850a in the bedroom. S~

Unless it is an old TV like my 850A which does not support any flavor of HDR, all of these current displays support HDR10. HDR10 is the standard. HDR10+, HLG, Dolby Vision are all optional. S~

The 2018 900F does support Dolby Vision. Not sure if it got the HLG update, but I'm pretty sure it did.

Depending on the model year, YouTube has ceased support on older devices.

The display will automatically scale non UHD signals to the native resolution of the panel. What you are seeing is the signal being accepted by the display. Your display is working as it should.

I don't know if the latest firmware is being phased, but I had to download the latest firmware update. My display kept saying up to date. I'll play with it more tonight. S~

I was thinking of the 940E or Z9D and then putting the 940C in the bedroom. Unfortunately, just won't fit, so I am waiting for until next year to see what comes out in 65". S~
