The regular TBS SD channel has been having those very problems, at least for me, for a long time so maybe it's just their feed that they get.

I am doing this right now and it works great. I highly recommend you get the SA 4250HD boxes rather than the SA4200HD boxes...they are a lot less glitchy and slightly faster and they cost the same. Good luck!

I have a SA 4200HD box hooked up to my LCD HDTV. I am always having problems with it. It constantly reboots itself, loses the picture, and comes up with a DVI/HDMI output blocked message. Is this normal for the 4200HD boxes or should I exchange it for a different box? Thanks!

We got it two nights ago actually in CT...I remember both of my 4200 boxes being turned off in the morning which only happens from software updates.

That's normal to happen with an HDTV. The HD channels will look alot better then the standard channels.

Mun 2 has 3 different channels because they are in three different packages. The analog one is for people who don't have digital cable, then the two digital ones are for 2 different packages, one being the iO package, the other being the iO en espanol package.

To get there...hold the button in the middle of all the arrows on the front of the box and when the mailbox light lights up press the info button on the front of the box.

I just received that ad in our newspaper today. It still had ESPN 2 HD listed so I don't think it's a mistake.

I highly doubt it. They have not participated in any free previews that I can recall other than the sports packages.

I'm sorry for that experiance that you had. If you haven't already, call up and threaten to cancel saying you'll be going to satellite if they don't fix this right away. That should get a person out within 2 days or even sooner. Good luck!

I dont think the TV Guide Spot will be a new on demand channel. I know that when my Tivo downloads it that it's about 5 minutes long and it just tells you what shows to catch each week. For it to be a whole new channel I think they would need alot more content than that.

Just to let you know if your DirecTV was going out alot during rain then you should see how well the dish is pointed because that's not supposed to happen. And also, I don't know if this happens to anyone else but my HBO and Cinemax channels come in horribly with the picture constantly freezing...

If it's happening to only digital channels you need to make sure the splitters can handle the right frequency. What you need to get is satellite splitters and those would work.

I know that it works with TiVo fine. So...it should be no problem for your Dish Network Receivers.

The cheapest way to go would be with a cablecard because it's only $1.50 a month compared to $4.50 a month for an hd cable box.

My number was also ported over as soon as I signed up for Optimum Voice.

According to our bill today it says that the speed channel will be broadcasted only in digital as of June 29th.

If you have a digital cable ready TV then they use the cable card in the tv so that it can get all the digital channels without a cable box.
