Don't know anything about the Pansat 250 receiver, but if you have a single polarity C-Band LNB, and I'm sure you do, and the Pansat 250 will not control the polarotor, then it is highly unlikely that you are getting both V & H polarity. The Pansat won't be able to tell the difference (polarity)...

Don't know if you ever found any answers or not, I've been away for about a month and I'm just seeing this. I don't have a Gbox (operational at the moment), so I'll stay out of that. But, it's best to have switches between the motor and the lnb's. That zinwell should work fine.

I think a good suggestion for now, would be to set-up the Primestar dish, so you can get used to the Coolsat, and you can take you time on the C-Band dishes, while still enjoying the FTA programming.

Fred, I see that Birdview has a hole in it. I'm guessing it's where one of the struts used to be bolted up? But even if it's not, I can think of nothing that should hinder it working at full capacity. With or without the hole?
