Need opinions on this. Should I take a risk in buying this in hopes that it will hold my FTA motorized dish? It's a 31" but I may upgrade to 1 meter. What do you all think?

Well, motorized dishes of any size are an off-center, off-balance masses, moving around making your life hell.
So, a sturdy mount with side-support struts is a requirement ! -
But, I have no doubt we could whip up a simple design for an NPRM that'd hold your SuperDish (even with a motor), using the existing J-pole and struts.
It's that peak-of-the-roof part that I don't much like.
I'll ask Linuxman to chime with his thoughts.

The pics that follow show what I have for my motorized Primestar 84e. I took the standard NPRM and modified it with the 2-3/8" schedule 40 pipe you see. I wouldn't use anything less for a motorized dish.
For a pitched roof, you could get two of these and have the pole in the center with the two NPRM mounted off each side.

I've got similar NPRMs for both my motorized and the fixed Channel Master on G-18, and they are rock solid.
Comptech, as far as hurricanes go, just remove the dish reflectors and you'll be fine in anything. That's what I did with both the Channel Master and my motorized setup when Katrina hit, and the mounts stayed put (and precisely aligned!) throughout the whole 140 mph. sustained/180 mph. gusts ordeal. I ended up with a much better LOS (nearly every tree in the neighborhood was leveled). If only my house hadn't flooded...

But.....if you like Tulsa King....looks like you would probably like this as well. I don't mind spin-offs as long as they don't involve a sassy niece who moves from the big cityAnother Tulsa King spin off.
I thought I would come here and find lots of complaints about the update to the dish anywhere mobile app, but am not seeing any. It used to look just like the desktop webpage. Now you can no longer filter by sports channels or movie channels. Plus that they made it look like a big button telephone and you see fewer channels in the screen which requires more scrolling. Yes I realize you can look at sports then select which sport you want to look at, I just liked being able to see all sporting events in the guide with all other channels being filtered out. Am I alone in the wilderness on this?

Tony is not serious enough for me. Parker is too close to the team and Tim is too young to take over IMO.

Might be worth a watch when it comes out. Looks like typical big corp against the little guy movie BUT....there is a reason this plot type is so oft repeated, it draws audiences.

Kind of disappointed at how much they show. A lot still to see, but man, some good reveals in the book that are just served up here.

I had quit watching this show years ago because I ended up more annoyed than entertained. Well......I'm STILL more annoyed than entertained. I DO find it interesting to see how things work behind the scenes at many businesses. What annoys me is how utterly out of touch CEOs are with the companies they run. At the end of almost every episode the head of the company is amazed at how hard the employees have to work and many times have to work around impossible guidelines set forth from headquarters.
I found this one interesting because the new CEO had big plans for this company, Muscle Maker Grill, and it looked like the stores were all pretty busy. Recent history hasn't been good to this company however. I bet the covid lockdowns were the real killer.
